We moved into our current house 2 years ago and when we bought we had some very loose criteria – except that we knew exactly which part of the city we wanted to buy in. Agents soon learnt not to suggest “one suburb over” and we learnt to trust them to call us when something came up.

My poor Mother has spent this week in hospital and came home to find a pile of mail including a letter from the New Zealand Debt Management Office.
I’ve just visited Money island which is being promoted heavily on TV at the moment. I’m interested in the whole field of finance education but that’ll be another posting 🙂
